Standard:

We offer standard shipping for those supporters who don’t require urgent deliveries.
• Your order will be despatched within 2 business days of receiving your order.
• Your order will be delivered within 5 business days from despatch of your order*.
• Available only for orders within Australia.
• Cost for this service is a flat rate of $9.99 Australia wide.

Express:

For those supporters that require their orders urgently we are able to offer our express service.
• Your order will be despatched on the next available business day after placing your order.
• Your order will be delivered within 2 business days from despatch of your order*.
• Available only for orders within Australia.
• Cost for this service is a flat rate of $14.99 Australia wide.
• Express shipping is not available in conjunction with any free shipping offers.

*Delivery is to capital cities and major regional centres within Australia, other areas may take longer*

International:

We are happy to ship orders to supporters overseas.
• Your order will be despatched within 2 business days of receiving your order.
• Australia Post Interational advise the following delivery schedules:

New Zealand 7-10 business days from despatch
South Pacific 10-12 business days from despatch
East Asia & North America 10-15 business days from despatch
UK & Europe 12-20 business days from despatch
Rest of the World 15-20 business days from despatch

• International delivery charges are:

New Zealand $12.50
Rest of the World $25.00

CUSTOMS:

Please note that each individual country has different customs and duties charges, it will be the responsibility of the receiver to pay for these charges. Product may not be released by the relevant local authority until these charges are paid. It may be beneficial to clarify with your local authorities about these charges before placing your order.

SHIPPING FAQ’S:

How will my order be delivered?

Our urgent orders will be delivered via Star Track Express Premium Service (Ph.13 23 45). Standard orders will be delivered via Australia Post Parcel Service (Ph.13 76 78). International Orders will be delivered via Australia Post International Courier.

Can I track my order?

Yes, when your order is despatched from our warehouse you will receive an e-mail with tracking details for your order, please use this to track your order through the appropriate courier service.

Do I have to be home to receive my order?

No you don’t, our courier partners will leave a card explaining how you are able to pick up your order or to arrange redelivery, please use the details on the card to arrange for this to take place. In the majority of cases your order will be taken to the nearest post office.

Can I pick up my order from you?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer this service.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address from my billing address?

Yes when completing your order on-line when you come to checkout you may add a different address as an option. These options include to your work address (please ensure you put floor numbers and company name in the delivery). We are able to utilise parcel lockers via Australia Post and 7/11 stores for added convenience, please visit Auspost.com for information on this service.

Is my order insured?

Yes, all our orders are fully insured at no extra charge. We will gladly replace lost orders free of charge, once we have had notification from our courier partners that your order has been misplaced.
